Building the Foundation: Every Detail Matters

From March 31 through April 20, 2026, our team continued making great progress on the project, focusing on the foundation work for the two duplex homes and two ADUs. During this stage, we carefully worked through each part of the foundation, making sure everything was completed according to the project plans and required standards. The photos also show our team working together on a Saturday to complete additional details requested by the City of Hayward. From day one, we have remained committed to quality, teamwork, and paying attention to every detail. We are proud of the progress so far and excited to continue building this project one step at a time.
