Framing Begins: Bringing the Homes to Life

Between May 10 and May 20, 2026, we reached another exciting milestone in the project as we began the framing of one of the ADUs and started working on the separation between the duplex homes. As the framing goes up, we can finally begin to see the layout and structure of the future homes taking shape. This stage allows us to visualize the project in a whole new way and marks an important transition from the foundation into the actual structure. Our team continues working carefully through every step, making sure the work is done properly and according to the project plans and requirements. The vision is becoming a structure, one frame at a time.
